Have you noticed I’ve gained a lot of weight lately? I think I’ve found the reason... as soon as I get the chance, I start eating tons of sweets because I love sugar—ice cream, cookies, chocolates, etc... today I couldn’t resist and I brought a whole tub of ice cream just for myself, added an entire pack of cookies, and couldn’t stop until I finished it all! 🍦🍪
